Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days remaining in the billing cycle.
Credits
Purchased credits are non-refundable but never expire. Unused credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
Readings & Chat Sessions
All readings, interpretations, and chat sessions are final once delivered. These are personalized digital services that are fulfilled immediately upon request, and as such are not eligible for refunds.
Technical Issues
If you experience a bug or technical error that prevents you from receiving or viewing your purchase, please contact us. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement reading, credit adjustment, or other remedy.
